Please, when emailing make sure you use a Subject Heading that alerts us or gives us some idea that your email is an inquiry or request for support relating to one of our products. Subject headings such as "Attention," "Hi," "Hello" or emails with no subject heading at all will most likely fall victim to anti-spam procedures. We apologize for this, but we are trying to filter out several hundred spam messages a week. If at all possible, use the name of the program you have a question about in your Subject Header.
For security and time concerns, we do NOT "Verify" email. If we send you an email, be it a registration notice or other correspondence, and you are using an email service that requires us to "Verify" the message by clicking on a link then you will NOT receive the message.
Additionally, we have phased out our America Online(AOL) contact address. Please, use one of the addresses listed below. The AOL address was retired and ceased functioning on March 31, 2003.
