- Prices include one master CD-ROM.
- Cost of additional production services you may wish Cyber Artists Studios to perform such as animation creation, image scanning, music composition, photography services, sound effects, stock footage, video services, etc. will be determined on a project by project basis.
- Screensavers and slide shows are self-contained program files with graphic files embedded within for easier and more compact installations and to prevent easy reproduction of graphics by others.
- A non-proprietary install and set-up program for Windows, allowing easy and quick installation by client or customers of client can be created for projects at no additional charge.
- All projects will be handled with the utmost discretion and security.
- No ongoing license fees. Once completed, all projects become the exclusive property of the client unless otherwise agreed to by the client and Cyber Artists Studios.
- All completed projects and materials contained within such projects become and remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed to by the client and Cyber Artists Studios. All materials used within projects provided by client will be returned to the client or destroyed at the client's discretion.
- Due to productions already scheduled and depending on the unique needs and requirements of individual projects, you should allow at least four to six weeks for completion of your project.
- Cyber Artists Studios reserves the right to reject any proposed project at its sole discretion.
- Full payment must be made before production will begin.
